分子生物学实验教学模式的优化与实践

Optimization and practicing the teaching model for molecular biology experiments

摘要: 分子生物学实验教学实践中,学生存在对实验整体性理解不到位、预习效果不佳、教学反馈不及时、结果分析能力薄弱等问题。为探索解决以上问题,分子生物学实验课程以碱性磷酸酶基因克隆及其原核表达工程菌的构建为主线,强调以项目和问题解决为导向的学习策略,结合线上线下混合式教学模式,增加以数据整合与分析为主的交流反馈。通过优化教学环节,调动学生的积极性与主动性,提高课堂效率,为培养高素质、专业化、创新型教师奠定坚实基础。

Abstract: In molecular biology laboratory instruction, students often struggle with an incomplete understanding of experimental procedures, inadequate pre-laboratory preparation, untimely feedback from instructors, and underdeveloped analytical skills. To address these challenges, this study reconfigured the laboratory curriculum. The curriculum focused on cloning the alkaline phosphatase gene and constructing prokaryotic expression strains. A project-based learning approach to enhance problem-solving skills were adopted using a blended learning model that integrated online and in-person instruction. Additionally, we prioritized enhanced communication and timely feedback, with particular emphasis on data integration and analysis. These revisions aimed to stimulate student engagement, improve instructional efficacy, and establish a solid foundation for training highly skilled, professional, and innovative educators in the field.
