现代工科微生物学课程数智一体化育人研究及实践

Research and practice on integrated education of digitization and intelligence in Modern Engineering Microbiology curriculum

摘要: 现代工科微生物学课程基于西安电子科技大学电子信息人才培养特色,落脚前沿技术创新及工程应用,聚焦微生物学科生命健康重点问题。使学生具备运用信息科学及人工智能等知识解决微生物及健康领域前沿科学问题的综合创新能力。课程陆续开展了基于新工科内容重构生物信息学交叉特色教材及深度育人教学内容、线上分级线下多元的多维教学资源及方法个性化资源建设、自主研发的学习效果及能力全过程智能评价系统平台建设的“三维一体”创新举措助力拔尖医工一流人才培养。该创新成果在不断迭代优化中显著提升了学生自主学习效能。相继产出全国“挑战杯”及“互联网+”等课程相关国省大赛成果奖项。课程先后获批首批国家级线上线下混合式一流课程、首批陕西省课程思政示范课等荣誉。

Abstract: The course of Modern Engineering Microbiology is based on the characteristics of cultivating electronic information talents in Xidian University, focusing on cutting-edge technological innovation and engineering applications, and focusing on key issues of life and health in the field of Microbiology. The innovative measures were launched based on the reconstruction of new engineering content, personalized resource construction, and intelligent evaluation throughout the entire process to assist in the cultivation of top-notch medical and engineering talents. This innovative achievement significantly improved the effectiveness of student self-directed learning through continuous iteration and optimization. Many national and provincial competitions related to the national “Challenge Cup” and “Internet plus” courses have been awarded successively. The course has been awarded honors such as the first batch of national first-class courses and the first batch of provincial ideological and political demonstration courses.
