微课教学设计:以“从碱基到人造生命——大规模DNA的从头合成”为例

Micro lesson design: from base to artificial life—De novo synthesis of genome

摘要: 微课作为一种重要的辅助教学手段已被广泛应用于教学实践活动中。合成生物学课程作为一门进展课程涉及大量新的技术方法的应用,这也是本课程的重点难点。为此针对这些知识点制作了相应的微课视频,以“从碱基到人造生命——大规模DNA的从头合成”微课为例,介绍了微课的选题和教学方案的设计,分析了微课的教学特色以及教学实践效果和教学评价,最后介绍了一些微课制作的心得体会。希望通过微课教学实践的探索和研究能为提高生命学科相关课程的教学质量及完善教学体系建设提供一些借鉴和参考。

Abstract: As a supplementary way, micro lesson has been applied widely in teaching activities. DNA chemical synthesis of large scale and high throughput is a key technique in the study of synthetic biology. Here we designed a micro lesson to introduce this knowledge. The teaching background, learning objective, teaching content were introduced. The key points and difficulties were analyzed. The learning activities were outlined, and finally, the knowledge points were summarized. We also introduced the teaching characteristics, teaching effects and evaluation of this micro lesson. And finally we shared some experience of making this micro lesson. The results showed that this teaching practice stimulated the learning interests of students and improved the teaching efficiency.
