摘要: 在本科生连续扩招的大背景下,对传统的生物化学实验教学进行内容改革是培养创新型应用型科学技术人才的必要实践。基于学生知识基础以及学科建设发展规划,对生物化学实验教学进行专题化组合式教学内容改革。围绕同一实验对象,开展多角度实验设计,每个实验专题内容相对独立,不同实验专题之间又紧密联系。有助于帮助学生形成多维度立体化的知识结构层次,提高学习效果,促进学生生物化学基础理论学习的同时,提高社会实践和应用能力。

Abstract: Under the background of continuous increasing enrollment of undergraduate students, it is a necessary practice to reform traditional biochemistry experimental teaching to cultivate talents with innovative and skilled technical capability. Based on the knowledge bases of our students and the aim of major construction, we applied thematic and integrated teaching reform on experimental teaching of biochemistry. Multi-perspective experimental designs were carried out around the same subject, in which each experiment theme was relatively independent but closely inter-related among various experiments. This reform would help students forming a multi-dimensional and stereoscopic knowledge structure and improving the learning effect of experimental teaching, and then promoting the study of biochemical theory and guiding the future practical application.
