Abstract: Cell biology is a science that studies and reveals the basic law of cellular life activities, as an important basic and frontier discipline in modern life sciences as well, which has been one of the core courses of biology and biotechnology undergraduate. From the perspective of characteristics of the subject and taking the general higher education "11th Five-Year" national planning materials "Cell Biology" (fourth edition) written mainly by professor Zhai Zhonghe ,Wang Xizhong and Ding Mingxiao as an example, this paper sums up some specific problems and measures about teaching content arrangement and teaching methods improvement combined with years of teaching practice of the authors themselves to provide some teaching references so as to improve the teaching quality and learning effect of the course.
