The exploration and deliberation of food microbiology experiment teaching based on the cultivation of innovation capacity

Abstract: In order to promote the learning interest and enthusiasm of the students, the authors tried to introduce the teaching content and methods aimed at cultivating the students′ innovation capacity, and launched the exploration and reformation of the food microbiology experiment teaching by means of experiment design, experiment content and evaluating method. Additionally, the importance of cultivation of innovation capacity has been analyzed in this course system.
