Abstract: Biochemistry is a basic course for biology related majors. It is necessary to find and correct the misunderstanding in students′ learning process for improving the teaching effect and strengthening the students′ basic knowledge. Based on years of classroom teaching experience, some students′ common misunderstandings about the protein, nucleic acid, mitochondrion and enzyme in course learning of biochemistry were listed and explained in the present paper in order to improve the exchange among colleagues and help students to obtain a better study result.
