Abstract: SAS statistical analysis system is one of three major data analysis software in the world. It is widely used in agricultural experiment statistics. Before the introduction of SAS statistical software, Microsoft Excel has been widely used in agricultural biology statistics. However, Excel cannot simultaneously run the variance analysis of multiple observations. This article will introduce how to analyze the variance of 20 sets data simultaneously on chlorophyll content in leaves of 20 pepper varieties under three kinds of waterlogging stress. The differences of chlorophyll SPAD values among 20 cultivars and of same cultivar under different waterlogging stress were compared.
