Abstract: Biochemistry is a basic course for biology related majors. It is necessary to find and to correct the misunderstanding in students′ learning process for improving the teaching effect and strengthening the students′ basic knowledge. Based on years of classroom teaching experience, some students′ common misunderstandings about the structure of cell and cell membrane, sugar chemistry and glucose metabolism, gene and its expression，and enzyme in course learning of biochemistry were listed and explained in the present paper in order to improve the exchange among colleagues and help students to obtain a better study result.
