Abstract: In order to improve the quality of the higher vocational education, we make the pertinence and appropriate training plan for the students of five-year vocational college. This article gives the comparison evaluation on the effects of non-directive teaching pattern for the five-year vocational students, and the result showed that with the non-directive teaching pattern both teacher-student relationship and learning interests were improved, meanwhile, the mastery of knowledge was better than that with the traditional teaching model.
