Abstract: Nine mycorrhizal fungi were isolated from the roots of Vaccinium Ashei in southern Anhui Province. The inoculation experiments for the mycorrhizal fungi were performed to detect the survival rate and the height in the shoots and to test the nutrient elements and chlorophyll content in plants of blueberry. four Fungi strains were found as dominant strains in promoting growth of Vaccinium Ashei. Through morphological observation and molecular identification method, we found that three strains belong to families Mucor species Mucor circinelloides, and the different among them may be in subspecies level. Another species belongs to families Mucor species Mucor racemosus, and the similarity between them was greater than 99%. The mycorrhizal fungi from families Mucor species Mucor circinelloides and Mucor racemosus can significant promote the nutrient absorption and growth of Vaccinium Ashei.
