Abstract: Culture degeneration of filamentous fungi frequently occurs, i.e. the reduction or complete loss of the abilities of sporulation, virulence and pigments and secondary metabolite biosynthesis, leading to great losses of fungal economic values. Existing rejuvenation method is for filamentous fungi too time-consuming, so in this study through the added amino acids, we implement a simple economic recovery or prevent the degradation of filamentous fungi.
