The application of the research-oriented teaching pattern in the microbiological experimental teaching based on theme design

Abstract: The traditional teaching is a process that the teachers acts as the center to instill in the knowledge to students, which is a closed system of knowledge transfer. In this paper, the positive significance of open research-oriented teaching mode on the microbiological experimental teaching was discussed, it not only inspire the enthusiasm of students to learn microbiology, but also expand students′ knowledge structure and develop students′ innovative consciousness, innovative thinking and innovative ability. This will lay a foundation for training the students to be high quality practical talents with deep foundation and strong abilities.
