Misunderstanding in course learning of biochemistry(I)

摘要: 生物化学是高校生物学相关专业的重要基础课程。及时发现并矫正学生课程学习误区对提高教学效果,夯实学生专业基础知识十分必要。基于多年课堂教学经验,整理和解析了学生对细胞及膜结构、糖化学及糖代谢、基因及其表达、酶等生物化学相关知识点的学习误区,以供同行交流及帮助学生学好生物化学这门课程。

Abstract: Biochemistry is a basic course for biology related majors. It is necessary to find and to correct the misunderstanding in students′ learning process for improving the teaching effect and strengthening the students′ basic knowledge. Based on years of classroom teaching experience, some students′ common misunderstandings about the structure of cell and cell membrane, sugar chemistry and glucose metabolism, gene and its expression,and enzyme in course learning of biochemistry were listed and explained in the present paper in order to improve the exchange among colleagues and help students to obtain a better study result.
