以重庆市城口县为模式产地的药用植物资源及其多样性分析

Medicinal plant resources and their diversity analysis in Chengkou county as the type locality, Chongqing

摘要: 通过查阅文献,了解以重庆市城口县为模式产地的药用植物资源,并对其多样性进行分析。以重庆市城口县为模式产地的药用植物有50科97属172种,其中珍稀濒危和特有植物资源占总种数的29.07%,包括国家I级保护野生植物1种和重庆市特有植物3种,并提供了详细的物种名录。物种最丰富的科(种数≥10)分别是菊科、伞形科、毛茛科、凤仙花科和报春花科;物种最丰富的属(种数>5)分别是凤仙花属、风毛菊属、天南星属和报春花属。生活型以多年生草本植物占绝对优势,占总种数的55.81%。植物药用部位集中于全草和根,分别占总种数的45.35%和32.56%。研究结果为重庆市城口县发展道地药材提供依据。

Abstract:  Based on the literature available, the present study focused on the medicinal plant resources and their diversity analysis in Chengkou county as the type locality, Chongqing. The results showed there were 172 medicinal plant species in 97 genera and 50 families with the type locality of Chengkou county. Of these, the rare, endangered and endemic plant resources accounted for 29.07% of the total medicinal species, including one of the class I national priority species and three species endemic to Chongqing. The checklist was provided herein. The dominant families were Compositae, Umbelliferae, Ranunculaceae, Balsaminaceae and Primulaceae. The dominant genera were Impatiens, Saussurea, Arisaema and Primula. Perennial herbs were the majority life form, accounting for 55.81% of the total medicinal plant species. The number of species used by its whole plant and root accounted for 45.35% and 32.56%, respectively. The present study provids scientific evidence for development of Daodi herbs in Chengkou county, Chongqing.
