γ-氨基丁酸对高温胁迫下高羊茅耐热性的调控

Regulation of γ -aminobutyric acid on heat tolerance of tall fescue under heat stress

摘要: 以高羊茅爱瑞3号为试验材料,采用γ-氨基丁酸(GABA,25、50、100、200和400 mg/L)预处理,研究外源γ-氨基丁酸对高温胁迫下高羊茅耐热性的影响。结果表明:在42℃/30℃(昼/夜)的高温胁迫下,喷施不同浓度的GABA能够缓解高温对高羊茅幼苗的伤害。进一步的探究表明,高温胁迫下喷施外源GABA不仅能够降低幼苗中丙二醛(MDA)和H2O2的积累,还能增强幼苗抗氧化酶系统中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)的活性。同时,还能够提高幼苗体内可溶性蛋白含量以及降低幼苗体内可溶性糖含量和叶片外渗液的相对电导率。当GABA的喷施浓度为100 mg/L 时,效果最佳。

Abstract: In this study, tall fescue (Arid 3) was used as the material to study the effect of preparation of γ-aminobutyric acid (25, 50, 100, 200 and 400 mg/L) on heat tolerance of tall fescue under heat stress. The results showed that different concentrations of GABA could alleviate the damage of high fescue seedlings under the heat stress of 42/30℃ (day/night). Further studies showed that exogenous GABA could not only reduce the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and H2O2 in seedlings under heat stress, but also enhance the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and ascorbate peroxidase (APX). At the same time, it can also improve the soluble protein content in the seedlings and reduce the soluble sugar content and the relative conductivity of the leaf exudate. GABA at the concentration of 100 mg/L showed the best results.
