褐黄水灰藓对圆叶牵牛种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用

Allelopathic effects of the moss species Hygrohypnum ochraceum on invasive plant Ipomoea purpurea

摘要: 为了解褐黄水灰藓化感潜能,以其配子体5种浓度水浸提液为处理液培养外来入侵植物圆叶牵牛种子(蒸馏水作为对照),通过分析圆叶牵牛种子发芽率(GR)、发芽势(GE)、幼苗长度(SL)、生物量以及活力指数(VI)、化感作用响应指数(RI)、化感综合效应(SE)等指标,初步阐明了褐黄水灰藓的化感效应。研究结果表明:圆叶牵牛种子萌发及幼苗生长受到褐黄水灰藓水提液显著抑制,且随水提液浓度升高,所受抑制程度逐渐增强,当水提液浓度为80 mg/mL时,圆叶牵牛种子萌发和幼苗生长受抑制水平达到最强,尤以幼苗全长及生物量对褐黄水灰藓提取液浓度变化最为敏感,在中高浓度条件下即已受到强烈抑制;各浓度提取液处理下的圆叶牵牛活力指数均显著低于对照组,并表现出明显的浓度效应。化感作用响应指数分析显示,褐黄水灰藓水提取液对圆叶牵牛的化感综合效应最高达-0.837(±0.038),表明褐黄水灰藓在利用化感作用控制圆叶牵牛等杂草方面具有潜在应用价值。

Abstract: The allelopathic effects of aqueous extracts from the moss species Hygrohypnum ochraceum on seed germination and seedling growth of the weed plant Ipomoea purpurea were examined in the laboratory. With H. ochraceum water extract for treatment liquid, I. purpurea seeds for biological materials, seed germination and seedling growth of I. purpurea had been investigated, and germination rate (GR), germination energy (GE), seedling length (SL), biomass (fresh weight and dry weight) and vigor index (VI), allelopathic effect response index (RI), synthetic effect (SE) were tested. The results showed that the seed germination and seedling growth of I. purpurea was obviously suppressed by water extracts of H. ochraceum. GR, GE, SL and biomass of I. purpurea were significantly reduced with the concentration increasing of H. ochraceum water extracts, and the indices of treatment groups were remarkably lower than that of control group (P<0.05). VI of I. purpurea seedling was significantly inhibited by H. ochraceum water extracts, and there was obvious decreasing trend with concentration increasing of water extracts. By analysising of the sensitivily of I. purpurea to the allelopathic effects of H. ochraceum, the highest SE value was -0.837(±0.038). Thus, the moss species H. ochraceum could be used for weed plant (including Ipomoea purpurea) controlling.
