摘要: 金钱鱼(Scatophagus argus)是广泛分布于印度-太平洋地区的广盐性鱼类,其营养丰富、肉质鲜美,具有食用与观赏双重经济价值,且食性广、养殖成本低,是我国东南沿海及东南亚、南亚国家的重要养殖经济鱼类,苗种需求逐年增加。总结近年来国内外金钱鱼在基础生物学、繁殖生物学、分子遗传学、人工繁养殖技术等方面的研究成果,并结合发展前景提出了未来的研究方向,以期为金钱鱼种质资源开发及产业发展提供有益参考。

Abstract: Spotted scat (Scatophagus argus), which has the notable ability to tolerate a wide range of environmental salinities, is widely distributed around the Indo-Pacific region. S. argus with such features as high nutritional value, deliciousness, easy cultivation, low feeding cost, etc. is increasingly becoming an important farmed fish with considerable economic value in South and South-East Asia, including southeast coastal areas of China. The commercial demand for seedlings is rising sharply. In order to provide useful information and suggestion for the further development of germplasm resource and aquaculture industry of S. argus, this article reviewed and summarized the research findings and progress in basic biology, reproductive biology, molecular genetics, artificial propagation and culture. Furthermore, the future development was analyzed and discussed, and the directions of future research were proposed tentatively.
