Stimulating innovation thinking of graduate student and exploring reform of advanced microbiology

摘要: 创新是科学研究的动力和源泉,创新思维是高素质科研人才培养的必然要求。针对研究生教育过程中存在学生科研兴趣不高、创新思维缺乏、科研素养低等问题,结合微生物学专业特色及学科发展方向开展“高级微生物学”教学改革,主要通过教师队伍年轻化、课程设计专业化、教学方式多样化、考核方式灵活化等方面的改革来培养研究生创新思维,为我国科技发展输送科研素养高、综合能力强的高层次人才。

Abstract: Innovation is the driving force of scientific research. Innovation thinking is the necessary requirement of the cultivation of high-quality scientific research personal. According to graduate students showing low research interest, lacking innovation thinking, low scientific research quality during the process of graduate education and major feature of Microbiology and development direction of subject, the education of "Advanced Microbiology" performs reform. The course reform of young teachers, curriculum professionalization, diverse teaching, flexible examination and so on performs to train students′ innovation thinking, which will export high-level personnel with high research quality and strong comprehensive ability for development of Chinese science and technology.
