摘要: 为进一步提高学生的学习兴趣和积极性,在食品微生物实验教学中尝试引入以培养学生创新能力为目标的教学内容和教学手段,从实验设计、实验内容和考核方式等方面提出了对食品专业微生物实验教学的探索和改革,分析了创新能力培养在课程体系中的重要性。

Abstract: In order to promote the learning interest and enthusiasm of the students, the authors tried to introduce the teaching content and methods aimed at cultivating the students′ innovation capacity, and launched the exploration and reformation of the food microbiology experiment teaching by means of experiment design, experiment content and evaluating method. Additionally, the importance of cultivation of innovation capacity has been analyzed in this course system.
