Advances in tissue culture and genetic transformation of pea

摘要: 对近年来国内外豌豆组织培养和遗传转化方面的研究进行了综合性概述。介绍了豌豆组织培养过程中基因型、外植体、基础培养基、外源激素等方面的研究成果,重点综述了不同激素种类、浓度及其激素的不同组合对豌豆愈伤组织诱导和根芽分化的影响,同时总结了豌豆转基因方面的研究进展,并对豌豆遗传转化的主要问题和今后的研究方向进行探讨和展望。

关键词: 豌豆, 组织培养, 遗传转化, 基因型

Abstract: This paper reviewed new development on tissue culture and genetic transformation of pea at home and abroad in recent years. It described research achievements on genotypes, explants, basic medium, exogenous hormones in the process of tissue culture, etc, and summarized emphasisly the effects of different types, concentration and combinations of hormone on callus induction, root and buds differentiation in pea. At the same time, the paper summarized research progress on genetic transformation of pea, and finally discussed and prospected the main problems and future research directions of genetic transformation in pea.
