瓯江彩鲤两种类型鳞片的形态结构比较

The comparison between two states of Oujiang color common carp,Cyprinus carpio var. color scales

摘要: 瓯江彩鲤(Cyprinus carpio var. color) 鳞片存在不同的类型,其中的两种类型形态差异最为明显。一类鳞片较硬,插入皮肤部分透明,后区光滑,命名为A类;另一类鳞片较软,插入皮肤部分不透明,后区多褶皱,命名为B类。对同规格、同龄、同部位的两种类型鳞片进行比较分析,扫描电镜显示:鳞片上侧区A类鳞嵴排列较B类的规则,同类型、同区域鳞嵴间距之间无显著性差异,而不同类型间则存在显著性差异(F检验得F>F0.01(1,268)=54.095,P<0.01)。石蜡切片显示:相同位点A类鳞片厚度(109.53μm±3.74μm)显著厚于B类鳞片厚度(55.450 μm±7.40 μm,P<0.01);A类鳞片骨质层明显厚于B类鳞片;A类鳞片纤维层呈现明显的层状分布,而B类鳞片却不分层。数慧眼DigiEye分析鳞片插入皮肤的区域表明:同类鳞片颜色无显著性差异,而A、B两类鳞片颜色则存在显著性差异,可以运用该性状快速而准确地区分它们。结合前期的研究结果可知:A、B两类鳞片形态结构、生化成分以及颜色存在显著性差异,这可能导致了瓯江彩鲤鳞片硬度、透明度及色泽上的不同。

Abstract: Two obvious conditions exist in the scales of Oujiang color carp, Cyprinus carpio var. color. Form one is hard,transparentinsert skin section,smooth back region (named form A)and form two is soft,notsmoothinsert skin section,fold back region (named form B). We analyzed of two types of scales of the same size, the same age and the same parts . The SEM result showed that theformBscalesshowedmore chaotic permutation, and the distances between two scale ridges showed F>F0.01(1,268)=54.095,(P<0.01). The paraffin sections result showed that thethickness of form A scales (109.53±3.74)μm is more thick than the soft scales (55.450±7.40)μm, and the fiber layer of hard scales showed layered distribution,and the bone layer of hard is thicker. The DigiEye result showed that the color is different soft scales and hard scales. There were significant differences between soft scales and hard scales,and these may lead to differences between form A scales and form B scales. On the basis of the previous research results: A, B two types scales morphology, biochemical composition and color in the presence of significant differences, which may resulted in the Oujiang color common carp scales hardness, transparency and color of different.
