Study on the selectivity of Carassius auratus under different environment colors and luminous intensities

摘要: 研究了红鲫鱼对黑、蓝、红、绿、橙、黄等6种颜色的趋向性选择反应和在不同光强度下的趋光反应。结果表明:红鲫鱼对6种颜色的选择有极显著性差异(P<0.01),分布率F和选择指数E均反映出红鲫鱼对6种颜色的喜好顺序为:黑色>蓝色>红色>绿色>橙色>黄色;红鲫鱼在鱼缸的左右两侧及中间的分布率并不一致,优先选择鱼缸的左右两侧;夜里光照度仅为23 lx时,红鲫鱼对颜色的选择顺序与白天所得结论一致;红鲫鱼有正趋光性行为反应,且为趋强光鱼类,其趋光阈值约为1400 lx。

Abstract: The selectivity of Carassius auratus under six kinds of colors (black, blue, red, green, orange and yellow) and different illumination intensities was sudied. The results indicated that there were extremely significant differences(P<0.01) among six colors trend to be selected by Carassius auratus. Distribution law(F) and selection index(E) indicated that the fish preferred black first, followed by blue, red, green, orange and yellow. Distributions in the fish tank were uneven, which meant they preferred to the right and left side than the center. When the light intensity was only 23 lx at night, the preference ranking to the colors was consistent with the result in the daylight. As above, Carassius auratus had positive phototactic response, and it was one kind of strong-light deflection fish of which the phototactic threshold value was about 1400 lx.
