生物工程专业创新实验应用型人才新培养模式的探索——以生物制药方向人才培养模式为例

摘要:

为了不断适应高等教育改革和发展的形势,满足生物制药等相关行业和科研院所研究生深造的需求,积极探索高等师范院校生物工程专业(生物制药方向)的教育教学规律,进行创新实验应用型人才培养,构建“立体化、四层次、三步走”的人才新培养模式,形成专业特色突出、体系独立完整、管理科学和学生主体地位突出的教学培养体系。通过创新实验应用型人才培养模式体系的构建和探索,解决生物工程专业(生物制药方向)学生理论基础与实践(科学研究)应用(生物医药领域)脱节的问题,形成以实践能力和创新能力培养为重点,着力提高学生的综合应用能力,促进学生科研深造与就业工作两方面发展,适应科研院所研究和生物医药科技相关公司企业的要求。

Abstract:

In order to adapt to the innovation and development of higher education, the educational and teaching rules of setup bioengineering specialty (bio-pharmaceutical direction) for students in normal universities are actively explored. The "a three-dimensional teaching mode of integration with three levels through four steps" cultivation is constructed by reconstructing creative and applied experimental instructor on basis of meeting the demands of the pharmaceutical and other related industries and companies as well as postgraduate studies of research institutes and colleges. A cultivating system with prominent professional feature, independent and comprehensive system, scientific management and the prominently subject status of student is perfectly formed. These solutions could perfectly solve the disconnection problem between the theoretical basis and practice in the scientific research and the application in the field of bio-pharmaceutical and medicine. This cultivation is focused on forming the ability of practice and innovation for the bio-pharmaceutical students, and improving their comprehensive application. These initiatives promote the two aspects of students′ development in further scientific investigation and formal employment development, adapting to the requirements of scientific research of institutes and the pharmaceutical and other related industries.
