Study on medium optimization of Suillus bovinus under tissue culture conditions

摘要: 在组织培养条件下,研究不同因素对乳牛肝菌Suillus bovinus生长的影响。试验结果表明,碳源种类、最适糖浓度、MS离子浓度和活性炭浓度等因素对乳牛肝菌的生长都具有显著影响。最适碳源为葡萄糖和蔗糖,最适葡萄糖浓度为20g/L、离子浓度为1/4MS、活性炭浓度为0.5g/L、植物生长调节剂为0.4~0.6mg/L NAA,菌丝最高日生长量可达2.45mm。

Abstract:  

 A tissue culture experiment about the effect of different factors on the growth of Suillus bovinus. The result showed that carbon source, carbon concentration, MS concentration, activated carbon concentration and other factors had a significant effect on the growth of Suillus bovinus. The optimal carbon source is glucose and sucrose, the optimal concentration of glucose is 20g/L, the optimal MS concentration is 1/4MS, the optimal activated carbon concentration is 0.5g/L, the optimal plant growth regulator is 0.4~0.6mg/L NAA. The highest daily growth of mycelia is 2.45mm.
