摘要: 月季种质资源亲缘关系的研究方法包括形态学、孢粉学、细胞学、生化分析和DNA分子标记,随着DNA分子标记的不断创新和完善,其在月季亲缘关系研究中发挥着越来越重要的作用。远缘杂交育种作为月季种质创新的重要途径,种质亲缘关系的研究可为杂交亲本的选择提供参考。本文综述了月季种质亲缘关系的研究进展,为探讨月季种质起源、进化、分类、遗传多样性分析、分子标记辅助育种等研究奠定基础。

Abstract: The methods of research on relationship of rose germplasm resources included morphology, palynology, cytology, biochemical analysis and DNA molecular markers. With constant innovation and improvement of DNA molecular marker, it was becoming more and more important in the study of rose relationship .The analysis of relationship can provide reference for the parent selection in breeding of distant hybridization that was an important way for rose germplasm innovation. This paper reviewed the research progress on the genetic relationship of rose germplasm resources. Therefore, it can provide basis for exploring the origin, evolution, classification, genetic diversity analysis, and marker-assisted seletion of rose germplasm resources.
