摘要: 以海洋藻际环境中的群体感应为主要内容,总结作用过程中信号分子的类型和结构,分析群体感应在藻际环境中发挥的生物学功能,归纳群体感应在防护生物污损、预防赤潮等方面的应用。今后研究重点是通过提高信号分子分离鉴定技术水平、联合多组学分析深入探究海洋藻际环境中群体感应的作用机制,更加全面地理解藻菌间的复杂联系,进一步挖掘群体感应在自然海洋生态环境中的应用潜力。

Abstract: Focused on the quorum sensing in the marine phycosphere, the signaling molecules types and structures were summarized, the biological functions governed by quorum sensing were explained, and their applications including biofouling prevention and algal bloom controlling were discussed. The future research should be focused on the improvement of the separation or identification techniques and the application of multi-omics analysis to further explore the mechanism and application potential of quorum sensing, and understand the complex relationship between algae and bacteria better.
