摘要: 使用富集驯化、种属鉴定、高效液相色谱(HPLC)等方法,从施用苯唑草酮的玉米田土壤中分离筛选出两株能够以苯唑草酮(500和5 mg/L)为唯一碳源生长和降解的细菌TOB1和TOB2,分别属于Acinetobacter sp.(不动杆菌属)和Pseudomonas sp.(假单胞菌属)。菌株TOB1和TOB2对苯唑草酮具有较强的耐受性和降解能力,对于苯唑草酮污染的土壤生物修复具有很好的应用潜力。

Abstract: wo strains of bacteria TOB1 and TOB2, belonging to Acinetobacter sp. and Pseudomonas sp., which could grow and degrade topramezone (500 and 5 mg/L), were isolated and screened from corn field soil with topramezone by enrichment and domestication, species identification and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The strains of TOB1 and TOB2 have strong tolerance and degradation ability on the topramezone and the good application potential for the soil bioremediation of the pollution of the topramezone.
