Research advances in effects of microbial interaction on communities and diversity of endophytes #br#

摘要: 针对内生菌类群与宿主植物互作适应层面,从影响植物内生菌类群的因素、微生物间相互作用方式,以及外源菌株对内生菌类群的影响等3个方面进行综述。介绍了植物对环境的适应与共生微生物密切相关,但内生菌类群组成受多种因素影响。研究显示植物可通过根分泌物调控根际微生物类群而招募所需要的类群,宿主植物的不同物种及发育阶段亦会构建独特的内生菌结构,而微生物类群间的竞争与协调或通过代谢产物的相互作用等调控彼此间平衡的相互作用方式是共生的关键。探讨了人为接种外源促生菌株或病原菌感染亦会改变内生菌类群结构,目的是为利用友好微生物改善植物的逆境适应性提供参考。

Abstract: The review discussed the symbiosis microorganisms on environmental adaptability for plants on three terms, including the factors affecting endophytic communities, the ways that microbes interact with each other, and the exogenous strains affecting the endophytic diversity. We introduced how the symbiosis with microorganisms was important for plant surviving on extremely environment, and what were the factors that affecting on the group structure of endophytes. The plants can recruit the required microbial by regulating the rhizosphere microbial communities through root exudates. And some unique groups of endophytes were established based on species and developmental stages. The successes of symbiotic of plant and microbe were the balance based on the competition and coordination among taxa, or their metabolite interactions. The inoculation of growth-promoting strains artificially or pathogen infection could also changes the structure of the groups. The emphasis is to provide reference for improving plant adaptability to adversity by using friendly microbial strains.
