摘要: 对基因工程抗体的种类以及筛选制备进行详细介绍,并对目前其在小分子识别中的研究进行梳理总结,分析基因工程抗体在识别小分子方面的优势,对应用中存在的问题进行讨论,希望对基因工程抗体在小分子识别中的进一步应用和产品研发提供一些思路。

Abstract: The types of genetically engineered antibodies with preparation and selection were introduced. Current researches on small molecule detection were also summarized. The advantages of genetically engineered antibodies in recognizing small molecules were analyzed and the problems in application were discussed to provide some ideas for the further adhibition and product development.
