摘要: 配对盒(Pairedbox,Pax)基因是一个高度保守的转录因子基因家族,在胚胎模式化和器官发生中起关键作用。Pax3和Pax7具有相似的蛋白质结构和生物学功能,同属于Pax基因第三亚家族,在中枢神经系统、神经嵴和骨骼肌的发育过程中表达。研究表明,Pax3和Pax7通过整合来自Wnts、骨形成蛋白(BMPs)和成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)的信号联合调控神经嵴的发生发育。对不同的脊椎动物发育模型的研究共同阐明了神经嵴基因调控网络(NC-GRN)中涉及Pax3和Pax7基因的分子机制。针对Pax3和Pax7基因的生物学特性及其在胚胎发育早期的功能,特别是二者对神经嵴发生发育的调控机制的最新研究进展作简要概述,为Pax3和Pax7相关研究提供理论基础,也为神经嵴异常相关疾病提供新的研究方向。

Abstract: Pairedboxgene is a highly conserved transcription factor gene family,which plays a key role in embryonic modeling and organogenesis.Pax3 andPax7,belonging to the third subfamily ofPaxgene,have similar protein structure and biological function,and are expressed during the development of central nervous system,neural crest and skeletal muscle. Studies have shown that Pax3 and Pax7 regulate the genesis and development of neural crest by integrating signals from Wnts,bone morphogenetic protein(BMPs)and fibroblast growth factor(FGFs). Studies on different vertebrate developmental models have jointly clarified the molecular mechanisms ofPax3andPax7genes involved in the neural crest gene regulatory network(NC-GRN). The biological characteristics and functions ofPax3andPax7genes in the early stage of embryonic development,especially the latest research progress on the regulation mechanism of neural crest genesis and development,which would provide a theoretical basis for the study ofPax3andPax7,and a new research direction for diseases related to abnormal neural crest.
