二批本科院校微生物学教学中实践元素的引入与因材施教

摘要: 在微生物学教学中多元化引入实践元素,为培养知识、素质及能力为一体的复合应用型人才服务,学生学习效果采用学生自评和教师评价评估。结果表明:学生普遍认为这些实践元素有利于提高他们的学习能力和实践能力,但不是所有的实践元素适合所有的学生。因材施教,引导兴趣型学生参与科技创新、微生物学实验技能竞赛;鼓励任务型学生做好实验、实习及项目型课外作业之余,参加微生物学实验技能竞赛;敦促厌学型学生完成实验、实习及项目型课外作业等基本实践学习任务。

Abstract: The practical elements were introduced into the microbiology teaching for servicing on the training of applied type and compound talent with comprehensive knowledge, qualities, and ability in this study, and the self evaluation of students and the assessment of teachers were used to evaluate the students′ learning effect of this introduction. The results indicated that the students were generally considered that these practical element can improve their learning ability and practical ability, but not all the practical elements are suitable for all students. We should teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and guide the interested-based students to take part in scientific and technological innovation and microbiology experiment skills competition, and encourage the task-based students take part in all kinds of microbiology experimental skills when they finish their daily experiment, practice and project-driven homework, and facilitate unwillingness-based students to do well on their basic practical leaning tasks, such as daily experiment, practice and project-driven homework.
