摘要: 细胞工程是现代生物技术的重要组成部分,内容涵盖现代生命科学理论和生物技术的发展方向和研究热点。结合细胞工程课程特点,从课堂教学的实际问题出发,在教学内容、教学方法及考核评价手段等方面进行了探索和实践,通过阶梯式引入教学内容,借助“案例式”与“探究式”等教学方法,完善课程评价体系等教学实践过程,提出了具体改革的措施与实践,以期促进细胞工程课程建设和教学质量的进一步完善。

Abstract: Cell engineering is an important part of modern biotechnology, which includes the theory of modern bioscience and both of the development direction and research hotspot in biotechnology. According to the curricula features of cell engineering, this article focused on the practical problems in classroom teaching and provides explorations in teaching contents, teaching methods and examination means for cell engineering. With the help of the case-and inquiry-based teaching methods, the curriculum content was progressively delivered to students, and the course evaluation system was further improved. Finally, the reform in cell engineering classroom teaching was achieved, which is considered to be a practical mean in the improvement of cell engineering curricula construction and teaching quality.
