摘要: 生物技术制药是一门多学科交叉、理论性和实践性并重的课程。为培养生物制药领域的研究型创新型人才,探索了以文献为导向的教学模式改革,即通过阅读文献并以讨论课的方式进行学习。从以文献为导向的教学模式的理念和流程、文献类型和课堂讨论方式等方面论述了该教学模式在生物制药教学中的实践,为相关课堂教学改革提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Biotechnological pharmaceutics is an inter-disciplinary course with strong theoretics and practice. As for cultivating biopharmaceutical talents with high quality research and innovative ability, we explored teaching model reform of "reference-induced self-education" which require students reading a lot of literatures and discussing on the class. The article expounded the idea, process, literature type, class discussion aspects of "reference-induced self-education", which could provide experiences for teaching reform of the biotechnology pharmaceutics course.
