摘要: MicroRNA是一种在进化上高度保守的单链非编码RNA,参与多种生物学功能的调控。脂肪酸代谢是生物体内重要的物质和能量代谢之一,与人类健康密切相关。近年来多项研究发现microRNA与脂质代谢的调控密切相关。综述了microRNA与重要的脂肪酸分解代谢基因(肉碱棕榈酰转移酶Ⅰ,过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体,脂蛋白脂酶和激素敏感性脂肪酶)和合成代谢基因(脂肪酸合成酶,乙酰辅酶 A 羧化酶,羟甲基戊二酰辅酶A还原酶和固醇调节元件结合蛋白)之间的调控关系。

Abstract: MicroRNA is an evolutionary conservative non-coding RNA with only single strand, and plays a role in regulating various biological functions. Fatty acid metabolism is one of the important material and energy metabolisms in living organisms, and closely related to human health. In recent years, many studies have revealed that microRNA is closely related to the regulation of fatty acid metabolism. This paper reviewed the regulatory relation between microRNAs and fatty acid catabolism-related genes (carnitine palmitoyl transferase I, peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors, lipoprotein lipase and hormone sensitive lipase), and fatty acid anabolism related genes (fatty acid synthase, acetyl-CoA carboxylase, 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase and sterol regulatory element-binding protein).
