药品生产技术专业实验教学模式的改革探索

摘要: 从药品生产技术专业实验教学改革的重要性和必要性出发,以培养学生的职业能力和综合素质的地方技能型大学的人才培养理念为指导,对药品生产技术专业的实验教学模式进行了改革探索。基于职业能力和素质培养,建立4个“3”的实验教学体系;优化实验项目,构建“模块化逐级递进模式”的内容体系;实施“项目导向,任务驱动”教学方法,激发学生的创新实验能力;构建“实验准备+实验过程+实验报告”实验教学评价体系,全面考核学生综合实验素质。实践证明,该教学模式充分调动了学生的学习自主性和积极性,增强了学生勤于观察、敢于质疑、富于分析的能力,较好地培养了学生的职业能力和实验素质。

Abstract: According to local technical college talent cultivation concept of developing students′ professional ability and comprehensive quality, we discussed how to explore and reform the experimental teaching mode of pharmaceutical production technology from the significance and necessity of teaching reform point of view. To meet the teaching quality requirement, we took the following measures such as the establishment of four "3" practical teaching system based on professional ability and quality; optimum of the experiment project and constructing the content system of the modular progressive model; the implementation of "project oriented, task driven" teaching methods to stimulate students′ innovative practical ability; the construction of practical teaching evaluation system of "experiment preparation, experiment process and experiment report" and comprehensive assessment of students′ comprehensive experimental quality. Finally, we found not only the students′ learning autonomy and enthusiasm were effectively inspired, but also the students′ enthusiasm of observation, comparison, question, and analysis were effectively motivated and promoted. Furthermore, students′ professional ability and experimental quality are well trained.
