Exploration of the teaching model of “storage and transportation science of horticultural products”

摘要: 为了提高课程的教学质量、提升大学生的创新能力,针对园艺产品贮运学课程的特点以及教学过程中存在的一些突出问题,探索出一套新的教学模式和合理的评价体系。该课程教学模式改革不仅提高了学生的自主能力、创新能力,同时也适应了当今社会对创新型人才的迫切要求。

Abstract: To enhance the innovation capacity and improve the teaching quality of Chinese universities, the new teaching models and the reasonable evaluation system were explored to solve some problems during the teaching of "storage and transportation science of horticultural products". This reformed teaching model could improve the ability of students′ knowledge acquisition and innovation independently.
