一株产胞外多糖土壤细菌培养条件的优化

The optimizition of exopolysacchrides production by an soil bacterium

摘要: 对从新疆伊犁霍城县大西沟野生樱桃李林分离筛选的一株具有产胞外多糖能力的土壤细菌L20309的发酵条件进行了初步研究。结果表明,土壤细菌L20309 产胞外多糖的最佳碳源、氮源分别为葡萄糖和蛋白胨,碳氮源最佳质量浓度分别为20 g/L和30 g/L;最佳培养条件为:培养基初始pH 7.0,培养基装量500 mL/L,接种量5%,培养温度28℃。在此条件下培养72 h,土壤细菌L20309产胞外多糖2.562 μg/mL。

Abstract: The soil bacterium L20309 with production capacity of extracellular polysaccharide was isolated from the prunus divaricata in Daxigou of Xinjiang and the fermentation conditions were optimized. Results showed that the better carbon and nitrogen sources for it to produce extracellular polysaccharide were glucose and peptone, and the optimal mass concentrations of carbon and nitrogen sources were 20 g/L and 30 g/L, respectively. The optimal growth conditions were pH 8.0 of the medium, the loading sample of 500 mL/L, the inoculum of 5% of 28℃. When cultured under such condition for 72 h, the polysaccharide product could reach to 2.562 μg/mL.
