摘要: 遗传漂变是指由于抽样的随机误差所造成的基因频率在小种群中随机波动的现象,无论在自然界还是在家养条件下,均是普遍存在的。在解释一些进化现象,以及育种工作、建立基因库等方面均有着重要作用,故在遗传学教学中备受关注。为了更好地展示遗传漂变的规律,采用Excel 2003对其漂变过程进行模拟,以期对其漂变的方向和程度等规律的认识更形象、更深刻。

Abstract: Genetic drift is a fluctuation phenomenon of gene frequency due to the random error caused by sampling in small population. Whether in nature or in the domestic conditions, the genetic drift phenomena are common. Therefore, it has received much attention in the teaching of genetics. The concept of genetic drift is important in explaining some evolutionary phenomena, as well as breeding work, the establishment of gene pool and so on. In order to better display the genetic drift rule, Excel 2003 is used to simulate the process of drift, and it is expected to understand the drift direction and the degree more vivid and profound.
