摘要:

胃癌是世界范围内常见的消化系统肿瘤。幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染相关性胃炎是胃癌发生的主要危险因素。Hp感染人群中胃癌发生的风险受胃内微生物菌群、免疫功能和环境等因素的影响。近年来研究发现,胃肠微生态与胃癌发生发展密切相关。从以下几个方面对胃内微生态与胃癌关系进行综述,即Hp与胃癌的关系、胃内微生态在胃癌中的改变、胃内微生态在胃癌发生发展中的作用以及其与Hp之间的相互作用、微生物制剂对胃癌的预防。探讨微环境在胃癌发生中的作用,为该病的临床治疗提供借鉴。

Abstract:

Gastric cancer is a common digestive system cancer worldwide. Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection-related gastritis is a major risk factor for gastric cancer occurence. The risk of gastric cancer occuring in Hp infection is related to the factors of microbial flora in the stomach, immune function and environment. In recent years, studies found that gastrointestinal micro-ecology is closely associated with gastric cancer development. In this paper, the following several aspects to gastric cancer were discussed, including the relationship between Hp and cancer of the stomach, the stomach micro ecological change in cancer, roles of the stomach micro ecology in the cancer development, as well as with the interaction between Hp and probiotics for the cancer prevention. The roles of microenvironment in gastric cancer were analyzed for reference for the clinical treatment of the disease.
