摘要:

固有免疫系统模式识别样受体中的Toll样受体属于I型跨膜糖蛋白, 胞外区包含数量各异的亮氨酸富集重复片段结构域,胞内区则由与白细胞介素-1受体结构相似的信号传导结构域组成,能识别侵入体内的异物,激活免疫细胞应答,在固有免疫系统中发挥着十分重要的作用。介绍了多种Toll样受体结构特征和相关配体活化机制,并对靶向Toll样受体的特效药物的研究进行了概述。

Abstract:

Toll-like receptors in innate immune system are of type I membrane glycoproteins. The extracellular domains contain varying numbers of leucine-rich-repeat (LRR) motifs and cytoplasmic signaling domains are homologous to those of interleukin 1 receptors. TLRs can identify the intrusion of foreign bodies in the body. Moreover, in the innate immune system the immune cell response could be activated by TLRs. This paper focused on the research progress of TLRs, ligands, activatory mechanism of TLRs and their targeted drugs.
