驼背鲈幼鱼消化系统组织学结构研究

Studies on the histological structure on digestive system of young Cromileptes altivelis

摘要: 观察驼背鲈幼鱼消化系统的组织学结构,为探讨其发育和生长特征,提高种苗生产成活率提供形态学依据。采用石蜡组织切片和HE染色方法对驼背鲈幼鱼消化系统组织切片进行观察。结果显示:唇和舌均有味蕾和黏液细胞,唇无杯状细胞,舌杯状细胞丰富;食道短而粗,黏膜褶发达,有大量的杯状细胞和黏液细胞,未见味蕾,肌层发达,属横纹肌;胃分为贲门部、盲囊部和幽门部,黏膜褶数量依次为:贲门部>盲囊部>幽门部,平均黏膜褶高度:盲囊部>贲门部>幽门部,有胃小凹,胃腺发达,无杯状细胞;肠分为前肠、中肠和后肠,肠黏膜褶个数和平均高度:前肠>中肠>后肠,有大量杯状细胞和黏液细胞,纹状缘明显,无肠腺;幽门盲囊与肠的观察结果相似;肝小叶不明显,中央静脉分布无规律,肝血窦丰富,肝细胞索明显,可见肝动脉和胆管;胰脏弥散在肝脏外周,胰岛呈椭圆形团状,胰腺泡丰富,胰腺细胞清晰可见。驼背鲈幼鱼消化系统的组织结构属典型的肉食性种类消化道结构,并表现出形态结构功能与食性和水环境相适应的特征。

Abstract:

This paper dealt with the histological structure in the digestive system of young Cromileptes altivelis so as to provide morphological basis for understanding its development and growth characteristics and improving the survival rate in seedling production. Paraffin section and HE staining were used conduced to observe the tissue slice in the digestive tract of young fish. Results showed that mucous cells and taste buds were found both in the lips and tongue, goblet cells were not found in lips, but abundant in tongue; The mucosa layer of esophagus, esophagus was short and think, covered with wrinkles and folds with numerous mucous cells and goblet cells, taste buds were not found, muscle layer of esophagus were well developed which was striated muscle; The stomach consisted of cardiac,blind and pylorus. The account of mucosa layer’s folds:
cardiac stomach > blind stomach> pylorus stomach, the average height of mucosa layer’s folds: blind stomach> cardiac stomach> pylorus stomach. Concave-shaped structure was observed in stomach without goblet cells be found, the gastric gland were well developed; he intestine was divided into foregut, midgut and hindgut. The number and average height of mucosa layer’s folds in intestine: foregut > midgut > hindgut, he striated border was obvious in intestine with numerous goblet cells and mucous cells; he results of observation in pyloric caeca were similar with that in intestine. Lobuli hepatis were obvious. The distribution of central vein was irregular. Hepatic sinusoid was abundant. The hepatic cell cords were obvious, hepatic artery and bile duct could be observed. The pancreas was dispersing around the liver. Langerhans' islet was oval cluster, the pancreatic acinuses were abundant, and the pancreatic cells could be observed obviously. In conclusion: histological structure of digestive system in young stage of C. altivelis is typical carnivorous, and associated with function, feeding habit and environment.
