摘要: 钙粘蛋白超家族是一大类依赖Ca2+糖蛋白超家族分子,介导细胞连接、细胞与组织间质连接作用。在组织和器官的形态形成过程中发挥了重要作用。钙粘蛋白除了具有N-糖基化修饰外,还具有O-甘露糖基化修饰。本文就钙粘蛋白的糖基化修饰研究包括最新的O-甘露糖基化修饰的进展加以综述。

Abstract:  

Cadherin superfamily is a class of glycoproteins involved in cell-cell adhesion and cell-matrix interaction. Their regulating expression during development plays a crucial role in the morphogenesis and patterning of tissues and organs. It is known that N- -glycosylation is existed in cadherins. Besides that, the modification of O-mannosyaltion was found recently in these molecules. In this review, the recent progress of N-glycosylation and O-mannosylation of cadhesins was summarized.
