摘要: 随着工程硕士教育改革的深化,全日制工程硕士人数占理工科院校在校研究生比例不断增大,然而,其培养多是效仿全日制工学硕士的培养模式,与其设置初衷还有很大差距。通过以内蒙古工业大学化学工程领域生物化工方向全日制工程硕士校企合作培养为例,对基于校企合作全日制工程硕士培养过程中所涉及的培养目标、课程设置、导师制度规范、学位论文选题和论文研究过程指导等环节进行探析,并展示基于校企合作的工程硕士培养效果,以期为提高该类研究生的培养质量提供借鉴。

Abstract: With the deepening of education reform of engineering master, the full-time professional engineering masters account for the majority of graduate students′ enrollment at each university. However, many universities still have the problem of simply imitating the full-time academic master of engineering training model in the cultivation of full-time professional engineering masters, the original object and intent of the postgraduate education for this category is not well realized. This article took the full-time professional engineering master program, focusing on the training objectives, curriculum setting, tutor system standards, thesis topic selection, tutorial guidance and supervision, and quality control involved in the training process of the full-time professional engineering masters based on the university-enterprise cooperation model, and then the effect of culture model was evaluated. We hope to provide a new insight for the improvement of the training quality of such type of professional engineering degree postgraduate students.
