Na2ATP对后肢制动大鼠肌梭胞内游离钙的影响

Effects of adenosine triphosphate on intracellular free calcium in muscle spindle of hind limb immobilization rats

摘要: 采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术,观察大鼠后肢制动一周比目鱼肌梭内肌细胞内静息Ca2+的变化,并以Na2ATP作为对抗措施,观察其对后肢制动大鼠梭内肌细胞Ca2+的影响。结果显示后肢制动一周,大鼠比目鱼肌梭内肌细胞Ca2+浓度明显升高,而经Na2ATP注射后,大鼠后肢制动一周梭内肌细胞Ca2+浓度升高不明显。提示Na2ATP可对抗后肢制动所致的梭内肌细胞钙超载。为大鼠肌梭生理的研究及钙离子与废用性肌萎缩的实验研究提供了有意义的资料。

Abstract: The confocal laser scanning microscopy was adopted to observe the changes of resting Ca2+ in soleus intrafusal muscle cells of rats after hindlimb immobilization for a week, and the effect of Na2ATP on Ca2+ cells of intrafusal hindlimb immobilization in rats was observed. The results showed that the resting Ca2+ in soleus intrafusal muscle cells of rats increased significantly after hindlimb immobilization for a week, and after Na2ATP injection, the resting Ca2+ in soleus intrafusal muscle cells of rats had no obvious increase. The experiment suggests that Na2ATP can resist calcium overload of intrafusal muscle cell induced by hindlimb immobilization. This study provides valuable information for the study of rat muscle spindle physiology and the experimental study of calcium ion and weightlessness.
