摘要: 概述红球藻虾青素与炎症反应和肺部疾病的研究进展,介绍虾青素通过各种不同通路(如核转录因子、肿瘤坏死因子、白介素、干扰素、T和B细胞等)降低促炎因子水平、促进抑制炎症因子的产生、维持促炎症因子与抑制炎症因子之间的动态平衡从而避免炎症过激反应与机体损伤发生的作用;介绍虾青素改善急性肺损伤、减轻肺纤维化、抑制肺癌等功能性作用,展望虾青素作为新型生物制品对预防/延缓和减轻炎症反应和肺部疾病以及加快身体康复的前景。

Abstract: This article summarizes the research progress of astaxanthin in treatment of the inflammation and lung diseases,introduces that astaxanthin can reduce the production of pro⁃inflammatory factors,inhibit inflammation,or increase the production of anti⁃inflammatory factors through various pathways(such as nuclear transcription factor,tumor necrosis factor,interleukin,interferon,Tand B cells,etc.)and maintain the dynamic balance between pro⁃inflammatory factors and anti⁃inflammatory factors to avoid excessive inflammatory reaction and damage;in addition,astaxanthin has functional effects such as improving acute lung injury,reducing lung fibrosis,and inhibiting lung cancer.The prospect of astaxanthin as a new type of biological product for preventing/delaying and reducing inflammation and lung diseases as well as accelerating physical rehabilitation is prospected.
