升金湖轮虫的群落结构特征及其与环境因子之间的关系

Community structure of rotifer in relation to environmental factors in Shengjin Lake

摘要: 2013年1月至11月对升金湖的轮虫群落结构和环境因子进行了调查。结果表明,升金湖共检测到轮虫类18属32种,主要优势种为角突臂尾轮虫(Brachionus angularis)、前节晶囊轮虫(Asplanchna priodonta)、针簇多肢轮虫(Polyarthra trigla)和裂足轮虫(Schizocerca diversicornis),轮虫密度变化范围为0.46~ 826.15ind/L,最小值出现在冬季,最大值出现在秋季。Pearson相关性分析和CCA分析表明,影响升金湖轮虫群落结构变化的环境因子有水温、pH、溶解氧、氨氮等。

Abstract:  

In this study, we investigated the community structure of rotifers and environmental factors in the upper Shengjin Lake from February to July of 2014.A total of 18 genera and 32 species of rotifers were identified during the survey, and the dominant species were Brachionus angularis, Asplanchna priodonta, Polyarthra trigla, and Schizocerca diversicornis.It ranged from 0.28μg/L to 30.39μg/L .The minimum and maximum of density of rotifers recorded in winter and autumn, respectively. From the result of Pearson correlations and canonical correspondence analysis, environmental factors such as water temperature,dissolved oxygen and
pH that had a considerable effect on the rotifer community structure in the Shengjin Lake.
