摘要:  

介绍了微生物浸出技术发展概况,阐述了该技术的研究现状,特别是在尾矿开发中的应用,包括优良菌种的培育、细菌浸出的主要影响因素和浸出工艺,指出尾矿的生物浸出是微生物浸出技术的发展方向,尾矿专属浸矿细菌的选育、尾矿生物浸出影响因素的研究、尾矿原位浸出技术的开发,是尾矿资源得以利用的关键。

关键词: 生物浸出, 尾矿, 菌种选育, 浸出工艺

Abstract:  

This paper outlines the development status of microbial leaching technology, describes the status of microbial leaching technology in detail, especially its application in the exploitation of the tailings, including cultivation of excellent strains, the main effecting factors on bioleaching and leaching process. The development prospects of bioleaching technology of tailings are forecasted, screening of bacterium for tailings bioleaching, study of effecting factors on bioleaching, the exploitation of in-situ leaching technology for tailings is the key about tailings resource utilization.
