The novel function of SA receptor NPR1 in cold response in plant

摘要: 植物在进化过程中逐渐形成了复杂而又精巧的调节机制以适应生存环境中的各种逆境。水杨酸受体NPR1在水杨酸介导的植物免疫应答反应过程中具有重要调控作用。2018年10月,研究人员进一步阐明了NPR1在植物低温胁迫应答中的调控作用及其分子机理,有利于解析植物精准调控多种胁迫应答的分子网络。

Abstract: Plants have evolved sophisticated and fine-tuned regulatory mechanisms in response to various stresses. The NPR1 of salicylic acid (SA) receptor plays the essential role in plant innate immunity mediated by SA. In October 2018, the scientists have clarified the regulatory function and molecular mechanism of NPR1 in cold response in plant, and it was helpful to analyze the molecular network of precise controlling the responding of multi-stress.
