Study on catalytic pyrolysis and product analysis of algae

摘要: 以巢湖蓝藻为原料,分子筛38%HZSM-5为催化剂进行催化热解研究,考察热解温度、热解时间和催化剂含量三因素对热解效果的影响。以产油率最大为目的,得出较为适宜的催化热解工艺条件为:热解温度为450℃、热解时间为30 min、催化剂质量分数为10%,此时热解炭得率可达29.1%,热解液产率最高可达58.4%。对热解固体产物进行SEM表征发现热解炭表面无明显的孔结构,经XRD表征发现热解炭在2θ为23°附近有一个肩宽峰,大部分的炭以无定形的形式存在。经GC-MS对热解液表征发现液体成分主要包括:烷烃类、含氮化合物、酸类和其他有机物(包括醇、酚、酯及未知物等)。

Abstract: In this study, taken Chaohu algae as raw material and molecular 38% HZSM-5sieve as catalyst for catalytic pyrolysis, the effects of pyrolysis temperature, pyrolysis time, catalyst content on the pyrolysis efficiency were investigated. The suitable technological conditions for the preparation of catalytic pyrolysis were obtained as follows: pyrolysis temperature of 450℃, pyrolysis time of 30 min, the catalyst mass fraction of 10%, the yield of pyrolysis char can reach 29.1%, the yield of the pyrolysis liquid is up to 58.4%. The SEM were characterized for the pyrolysis solid product, which showed that there was no obvious pore structure on the surface of the pyrolysis carbon. The XRD analysis shows that a shoulder peak near the 2 theta is 23 degrees in pyrolytic carbon, most of the carbon exists in the amorphous form. The GC-MS characterization of pyrolysis liquid show that hydrocarbons, nitrogen-containing compounds, acids and other organic compounds (including alcohols, phenols, esters and unknown material etc.)were include in the liquid components.
